My name is James. I am the lead coach for Your Nutritional Blueprint.

I am 44 and live in Hove, on the South Coast of the UK.

My company Your Nutritional Blueprint was started in 2015 because I felt there was a need for personalised nutrition advice in the community.

I have spent the past twenty years delivering professional excellence in a corporate sales environment in the City of London.  In September 2013 I left my career behind to create something more fulfilling, an organisation that supports the local community, helping people to eat better, working with them on achieving their goals, whatever that might be. I feel we all have a part to play in helping other to live more fulfilling lives and using my own experiences as a starting point, chose nutrition coaching.

I have spent the past three years dedicated to educating myself in nutrition, dietary practices, the psychology of eating and learning to coach improved behaviour.  I hope to change the lives of many people through better eating habits. I found there was a real lack of understanding why nutrition is so complicated for so many people.  I have spent 1000’s of hours researching the way people choose which food to eat, why they make the choices they do, and simple ways of navigating round the problem, all without barking orders, or telling people what to do.

Our mission is to help people make better food choices and in doing that lead better lives.  It doesn’t matter what your current knowledge, family situation, food budget or skill level in cooking is, we start by understanding where you begin and build you up from there.

I myself have a very low threshold for cooking, and look for shortcuts in everything I do.  I will share this along with lots of other advice.

We offer a lot of this advice for free, as I believe this information should be in the public domain.  So please sign up to our mailing list, follow our blog or drop us a note if you think we should be presenting at your local school, college, village hall or company.  We would be happy to engage.
