What is included in our programs?
It would be highly irregular if we told you we were coaching nutrition that is individualised for you and then just emailed you a meal-plan and a set of instructions for you to crack on, on your own with no guidance or feedback.
This still appears to go-to format for nutrition coaching. Online or offline.
What you need:-
- A positive attitude
- To be prepared to commit to doing some things differently.
- You’re hungry for an approach to eating challenges and nutrition thats positive and uplifting.
- To be wanting to change your body image of the positive, whatever that might be.
- To want to gain confidence in everything you do.
- Be available for an hour-long 1-to-1 nutritional coaching session once per week and daily practice at home.
- To be prepared to enjoy getting healthy.
What you will get:-
- A 1-Hour initial consultation to understand more about YOU
- A nutrition program that will help you be become consistent.
- An expert coach to give you feedback, make adjustments to your program, and help keep you accountable.
- Regular check-ins to build your confidence and finetune results.
- Email and Whatsapp Coaching throughout.

- I am a certified nutrition coach. I am NOT a personal trainer.
- I am NOT going to sell you ANY supplements or convince you to drink mucky green shakes every day.
- I WILL however create you a personalised nutrition program to help you achieve your goals.

- Further discounts for students, disabled, senior citizens and anyone who works in the NHS.
